Please respect our BYOB policy. We recommend Mimosas for a better brunch/breakfast setting. For other events Beer and wine suggested. Drink responsibly. Must be 21

Policy

General Guidelines

Permitted Beverages: Guests may bring wine and beer only. Hard liquor and mixed drinks are not allowed.
Age Restriction: All guests consuming alcohol must be 21 years or older and must provide valid identification upon request.

Expectations

Service & Glassware: Our staff will provide appropriate glassware, but we do not pour or serve alcohol due to legal restrictions.
Consumption Limits: Management reserves the right to limit alcohol consumption for any guest who appears intoxicated or disruptive.
Outside Beverages: We suggest Mimosas, wine, or beer. Punch is also an option.

Responsible Drinking & Liability

No Over-Consumption: Guests are expected to drink responsibly. We reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated individuals and may ask them to leave.
No Sharing with Minors: Sharing alcohol with underage individuals is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the premises.
Legal Compliance: Guests must comply with all state and local liquor laws. Any violations may result in law enforcement involvement.

Liability Waiver

By bringing alcohol onto the premises, guests assume full responsibility for their consumption and any consequences thereof, Shakespear Rose CUlinary Kitchen LLC is not liable for any incidents related to alcohol consumption.
